Website & hosting

This website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Technical connection data, including IP address, request time and browser details, is processed for delivery and protection. Processing initiated by us is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Access is currently protected by the OpenAI platform; its sign-in is also subject to the platform notices.

Project enquiries

The form sends company, contact person, email, project description and optional phone and system details to this website over an encrypted connection. Enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database for processing. Confirmation means storage, not an email being sent. Depending on the enquiry, Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR applies. Necessary details are required to handle your request. You may also contact us by email or phone.

When email delivery is enabled, form details are forwarded via Resend to info@rieva.de with a copy to info@epri.de. Storage and acceptance by the email service are confirmed separately.

Cookies & protection from misuse

RIEVA pages do not set their own cookies or use advertising pixels or analytics. Language is selected through the page URL. Images and fonts require no additional third-party requests. Form abuse protection uses a daily-changing hash of the IP address; rate-limit entries expire after one hour and are cleaned up on subsequent form requests. This serves our legitimate interest in secure operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Hosting and sign-in platforms may use their own necessary cookies.

Recipients & transfers

Enquiries are accessible to the people assigned to handle them. Technical providers include OpenAI and Cloudflare; email and phone use the respective communication providers. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Providers describe safeguards including adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses. See their linked notices for details.

Retention

Enquiries are retained only as long as needed for handling, further communication or legal claims. Statutory retention obligations remain applicable. Technical platform data is subject to provider policies.

Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. Consent may be withdrawn for the future. Contact info@rieva.de. You may complain to a supervisory authority, particularly the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
